About
Richie Mensah.

My background
I am a creative visionary, music executive, author, and host of the Masterminds podcast. More than any title, I believe in turning chaos into clarity, setbacks into systems, and raw talent into legacy. My story starts in Burma Camp, Ghana. I was a kid with too much energy and too many questions. Living with undiagnosed ADHD, school was frustrating, and music made sense. I could sit at a piano for hours, and in that space I found rhythm, focus, and purpose.
My career
After years of producing records, building artists, and learning how the industry moves, I founded Lynx Entertainment in 2006. What started as a record label grew into Lynx Group, a multi-subsidiary creative ecosystem empowering artists, storytellers, and brands across music, video, technology, and talent. The roster I have helped build includes KiDi, Kuami Eugene, MzVee, Adina, and DJ Vyrusky, with over 1.8 billion streams to date.
My legacy
Somewhere along the way I realised I was building people as much as companies. Mentoring teams, guiding talent, helping young creatives reframe how they saw themselves. That mindset work led to my first book, Yes, It's Your Fault, and then to Masterminds, my platform for driven people looking to transform their lives from the inside out.
